Meet Erica Hampton, our Assistant Director at Keeping the People Engaged Actively in Contributing to Education (KtP). Erica began her professional journey at Azelway Boys Ranch and Residential Treatment Center after high school. As a dedicated live-in staff member, she played a crucial role in managing, interacting, and positively impacting the lives of at-risk youth in Smith County. Her compassionate approach and commitment to their well-being left a lasting impression on both the youth and the institution. With a wealth of experience and a passion for educational advocacy, Erica is dedicated to ensuring that students and families receive the support they need to thrive academically.

Returning to her roots at Arp Independent School District, Erica served as a Teacher Assistant, where she demonstrated her versatility by assisting students in various educational settings. From general education to special education, and even teaching music, Erica's passion for education and her ability to connect with students of all backgrounds shone through in her work.

As Assistant Director, Erica plays a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans to address individual educational needs. Her commitment to fostering effective communication between families and educational institutions is evident in every aspect of her work.

Whether collaborating with educators, liaising with families, or spearheading initiatives to close educational gaps, Erica's dedication shines through. Her role is not just a job – it's a mission to ensure that every student has the tools and resources necessary for academic success.

In her private time, Erica dedicates herself to serving as a marriage coach and licensed ministry facilitator. Through these roles, she provides guidance, support, and spiritual counseling to couples seeking to strengthen their relationships and deepen their connection.
